Refrigeration of the whole bunches for several days until reaching a temperature below 4 º C.

Pressing the whole grapes.

A part of the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at very low temperatures in order to obtain all its potential in secondary aromas.

The other part ferments in new French oak barrels and then the aging is carried out on lees applying weekly battonage.

Second fermentation in bottle following the traditional method.

Minimum period of aging of 24 months, which will provide aromatic complexity and a velvety texture on the palate.

Limited production of 4000 bottles.

Rose sparkling wine from Costers del Sió Winery

Delicate vintage manual in boxes.

Selection of the grape in the same vineyard Pla del Molí.

Refrigeration of the grapes for 2 days until reaching a temperature of 4 º C.

Pressed whole grape, obtaining only 40% extraction. Fermentation at a controlled temperature around 14 º C, to obtain a fresh, elegant and structured base wine.

A part of the must is fermented in French oak barrels of 300 liters.

After making the roll, you will spend at least 18 months aging on the lees.

Limited production of 4000 bottles.
