Crianza wine

Selection of our finest grape bunches, from 6 different vineyards, all meticolously cooled before reaching the winery.

Cold maceration and controlled fermentation with pigeages and delestages differentiating batches and varieties.

Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Aged in French oak barrels of different origins and toasts to soften the tannins and improve complexity and elegance.

SIÓS CAU DEL GAT 

Aged red wine with a modern cut, looking for a more fruity and fresh character.

Grenache, Tempranillo, Syrah

Crianza wine: Structure, fruit and freshness.

Ageing: 9 months in 300 l French oak barrels. Aged in the bottle far a minimum of 6 months.

Harvest: At the end of September the grapes are taken quickly to the winery where they are carefully selected far optimum quality.

Vineyard: Organically grown in low production vineyards where the mesoclimate creates soils most suitable far wine production.

Elaboration: Cold maceration. Controlled fermentation at a temperature of 25ºC in stainless steel vats.

In order to ensure that you receive your order in optimal conditions, we send the wines in a special protective box for glass bottles and the gift box separately. You only need to remove the bottles from the protective box, place them in the gift box and put the lid on.
