Syrah, Tempranillo, Grenache

It comes from 6 different vineyards, all surrounded by holm oaks. The grape clusters of the best vineyards and subsequent selection in the cellar.

Cold maceration and controlled fermentation with pigeages and delestages differentiating between batches and varieties.

Malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of different origins, melting tannins and obtaining complexity and elegance.
