We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, so we work to deliver the order quickly and with deliveries of 24/48 working hours in the Peninsula. Periods of launches, promotions or Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaigns are excluded in which these deadlines are not guaranteed.
In order to know when your order is being shipped, we recommend that you pay attention to your email inbox. We will send you a shipment confirmation indicating the estimated delivery date. If you place the order on a business day before 2pm, you may receive it on a business day. After 2 pm, the deadline is increased by one more working day. On weekends or holidays, shipments are handled the next business day.
How does the shipment work and what to do if I am absent from my home on the day of delivery?
A first delivery will be made to the indicated shipping address and in case you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will try to leave a notice in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, since sometimes the messenger cannot access the portal or the housing complex. After this first delivery attempt, the delegation that distributes in your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery.
If in the second delivery you are also absent, the order will remain in the delegation of your area so that you can pick it up at the agency.
If for any reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can provide you with the contact information or help you in whatever is necessary.
How can I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment using the link you will find in the email confirming the shipment of your order. You will also receive an SMS and / or email from the transport company with a tracking link where you can make changes for the delivery of your package directly to their website.
Can I receive my order in the time slot of my choice?
You can leave your preferences about the delivery time in the space for comments when ordering for the carrier that you will find before finalizing your order. Although we know that they do their best to be able to make the delivery within the specified time, it may be difficult for them to comply depending on the route of the carrier. With Correos Express you enjoy the flexible delivery option that you can configure with your tracking number on the Correos Express website as well as have the shipment delivered to the post office closest to your home.
What if my delivery address is wrong?
We recommend that you check the address indicated before placing your order to ensure that the data is correct and complete, since it is not possible to change the address once the shipment has already been made without incurring an additional shipping cost.
However, if you detect any incorrect information, contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Also this management can increase the delay in delivery between 24 and 48 hours more. Do not forget to check all the fields well when ordering.
National or local holidays or holidays are not prepared, therefore orders are delayed to the next business day. We apologize for the inconveniences.
We do not ship outside of Spain.
Possible return cases:
1) The product is defective or has been damaged in transit
In the event that the product is defective, the user can return it, assuming COSTERSIO.COM the shipping costs that are generated by the delivery of the product and by the return of the same. COSTERSIO.COM will proceed to resend the replaced product, without additional costs for the customer. You just have to communicate it as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org
In cases of significant and visible damage caused to the packaging of the merchandise during transport, it is highly recommended that the client write down the incidents on the carrier's delivery note (it is even advisable to take a photograph) and notify us at email@example.com ASAP.
In accordance with the provisions of Spanish legislation, the customer has the right of withdrawal, by virtue of which he may return the product received if he finds that it does not meet his expectations.
The exercise of this right may be effective within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from its receipt. Due to the nature of the products sold on this website, the buyer who wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal should not open or unseal the product, so that it remains fit for consumption.
In the event that the buyer has opened the product, this right of withdrawal will not apply according to the exclusions contained in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Law. General for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws modified by art. 28 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, in paragraph e).
The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the status of the merchandise has been checked and will be made through the same means of payment used for the payment of the order and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days to be computed. since COSTERSIO.COM has effective knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise by the buyer or, in case of not having knowledge, from the reception to COSTERSIO.COM of the returned product.
The return costs derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, such as shipping costs, will be paid by the buyer.

This right of withdrawal will not apply according to the exclusions contained in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws modified by art. 28 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, in its paragraphs:
- e) "the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery".
GENERAL WARRANTY FOR ALL PRODUCTS
Unless proven otherwise, the products will be deemed to comply with the contract as long as they meet all the requirements set out below:
1.-They conform to the description made by the seller and have the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user on the website.
2.-They are suitable for the uses for which products of the same type are ordinarily intended.
3.-Present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.
The Consumer and User Protection Act offers a two-year warranty period upon receipt of the product. However, this period will be conditioned by the nature of the product itself, when its useful life (Expiration date or preferred consumption) is less than the warranty period set by law.
