Syrah wine
Hort del Marcial is a small organic vineyard, measuring 2.1 hectares, which produces our most emblematic Syrah grapes.
The grapes are harvested manually in 15kg boxes. After a thorough selection process, the grapes ferment spontaneously in open
French oak barrels.
Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with continuous manual “pigeages” for 10 days.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Clean and bright, deep garnet in colour with violet highlights.
Aroma: Expressive and complex. Notes of red and black fruit (blackberries, plums and black cherries) combine with a spicy
aroma (aniseed and clove), with a distinctive mineral background and a subtle presence of wood, giving it a unique personality.
Taste: Full bodied and elegant. The red and black fruits and spices appear again, perfectly balanced by an acidity, giving it freshness and a long, persistent finish
Wine Pairing: An ideal accompaniment for cured meat, pâté and cheese. and a long, persistent finish.
