Red wine aged for 12 months. Expression of our best terroirs.

Syrah, tempranillo, grenache

Selection of our finest grape bunches, from 6 different vineyards, all meticolously cooled before reaching the winery.

Cold maceration and controlled fermentation with pigeages and delestages differentiating batches and varieties.

Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Aged in French oak barrels of different origins and toasts to soften the tannins and improve complexity and elegance.

Aged red wine with a modern cut, looking for a more fruity and fresh character.

Grenache, Tempranillo, Syrah

Selected grapes from our best vineyards.

Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, melting the tannins.

Aging in bottle for a period of not less than 6 months

Cold maceration

Controlled fermentation over 25ºC in stainless steel tanks

Maceration for 2 weeks

Organic red wine

Syrah 

Hort del Marcial is a small organic vineyard, measuring 2.1 hectares, which produces our most emblematic Syrah grapes.

The grapes are harvested manually in 15kg boxes. After a thorough selection process, the grapes ferment spontaneously in open French oak barrels.

Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with continuous manual “pigeages” for 10 days.

SIOS NATURE is the truest and purest expression of our Syrah grapes.
