Red wine aged for 12 months. Expression of our best terroirs.
60% Syrah
30% Tempranillo
10% Grenache
Selection of our finest grape bunches, from 6 different vineyards, all meticolously cooled before reaching the winery.
Cold maceration and controlled fermentation with pigeages and delestages differentiating batches and varieties.
Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Aged in French oak barrels of different origins and toasts to soften the tannins and improve complexity and elegance.

The wine Finca Siós was inspired by the idea of recovering traditional, ancient wine making methods to produce a wine with heart and soul that reflects both our identity and our history.
The organic grapes are handpicked , put in boxes and taken to the winery to be de-stemmed.
Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in the stone vats at natural temperature for 7-10 days ,with continuous manual pigeages. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing in 500 liters French oak barrels for 12 months.
A limited and numbered production of 3,648 bottles

Rose sparkling wine from Costers del Sió Winery
100% Pinot Noir
High-quality sparkling wine produced in a specific region using traditional methods.
Hand-picked harvest using baskets in mid-to-late August.
Grapes are selected from our Pla del Moll vineyard.
The bunches of grapes are refrigerated for several days until they reach a temperatu-re of less than 4°C.
Gentle pressing of the whole bunches to obtain a 40% extraction.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14°C.
Part of the grape juice is fermented in 300 litre French oak barrels.
The wine is the aged sur lie for at least 18 months, and then in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months.
Limited production of 4000 bottles.
Date of disgorging on the back label.

In order to ensure that you receive your order in optimal conditions, we send the wines in a special protective box for glass bottles and the gift box separately. You only need to remove the bottles from the protective box, place them in the gift box and put the lid on.
