DO Costers del Segre
Chardonnay - Viognier
Harvest: Grapes are hand picked between August and September only at the coolest times of the day.
Vineyards: Vineyards use trellis system 310m above sea level, and follow guidelines for environmental sustainability in order to protect the diversity of the eco-system.
Elaboration: Pre-fermentation maceration. De-stemmed and gently pressed. Controlled fermentation at a low temperature (16-18ºC) in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Pale yellow with green hues. Clean and bright.
Aroma: An intense aroma. Pleasant notes of fresh grapes, exotic fruit and white flowers, enveloped in a smooth freshness.
Taste: Intese, with a pleasant texture. Fresh and smooth on the palate with balanced acidity.
Wine Pairing: Pairs perfectly with raw fish and seafood. Also with cooked fish, fish in sauces, fish and seafood mousses, and smoked fish. Excellent with soups and fresh cheeses.
