A young, pleasant, fresh, oaky red wine.
DO Costers del Segre
Tempranillo - Grenache - Syrah
Ageing: Aged for 4 months in second use American and French oak barrels.
Harvest: Grapes are harvested between September and mid-October and transported in small trailers.
Vineyards: A trellis system is used. Situated 310m above sea level. We follow guidelines to ensure environmental sustainability and protect the diversity of the ecosystem.
Elaboration: 2-3 weeks of fermentation and maceration in 28,000 kg stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the same vats.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: A deep violet-red.
Aroma: An intense aroma of chocolate, forest fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, etc.) and vanilla.
Taste: Persistent and full of flavour, thanks to the perfect balance of acidity and mature tannins.
Wine Pairing: Suitable for combining with a wide range of dishes, from meat, starters and rice to heavier dishes such as stews and barbecues.
